Event Rules & Code of Conduct

Welcome to AdventurFest! Our goal is to create an unforgettable weekend of adventure, friendship, and responsible recreation. Please help us protect our venue, respect fellow attendees, and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Code of Conduct

By attending AdventurFest, you agree to treat fellow attendees, volunteers, sponsors, staff, and the property with courtesy and respect.

The following behavior may result in removal from the event without refund:

  • Entering restricted or closed areas.

  • Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or verbally abusing another person.

  • Fighting or engaging in dangerous or reckless behavior.

  • Damaging, vandalizing, or stealing property.

  • Possessing or using illegal drugs or controlled substances.

  • Public urination or defecation outside designated restroom facilities.

  • Driving recklessly, performing burnouts, donuts, excessive speeding, or any unsafe vehicle operation within the event grounds.

  • Ignoring instructions from Event Staff, Trail Leaders, or Safety Personnel.

  • Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety, enjoyment, or experience of others.

AdventurFest reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the event. Law enforcement may be contacted when appropriate.

Campground Rules

  • Please respect your fellow campers and observe quiet hours. (10pm-8am)

  • Individual campfires are not permitted.

  • Enjoy our communal campfire each evening.

  • Keep your campsite clean and dispose of trash properly.

  • Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult.

Trail Rules

Our guided trail rides are designed to be fun, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Please remember:

  • Follow your Trail Leader at all times.

  • Stay on designated trails.

  • Practice Tread Lightly! principles.

  • Yield to trail leaders and event staff.

  • Drive within your ability and your vehicle's capability.

  • Seat belts are required whenever your vehicle is moving.

  • No reckless driving or unnecessary vehicle abuse.

  • Respect wildlife, vegetation, and historic sites.

Remember—getting to camp with your vehicle in one piece is part of the adventure!

Safety

Your safety is our highest priority.

Please:

  • Follow all instructions from Event Staff and Volunteers.

  • Report emergencies or unsafe conditions immediately.

  • Drive slowly within the campground and vendor areas.

  • Keep walkways and roadways clear.

  • Use recovery equipment safely and only under the direction of experienced personnel during organized recoveries.

Prohibited Items

For everyone's safety, the following items are prohibited:

  • Firearms, explosives, fireworks, or other dangerous weapons.

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances.

  • Laser pointers directed at people, vehicles, or aircraft.

  • Air horns or excessively disruptive noise devices.

  • Drone usage.

  • Any item deemed unsafe by Event Staff.

Event Policies

  • One ticket admits one registered vehicle.

  • Additional passengers ride at no additional charge.

  • Tickets must be presented at registration and will be exchanged for an event badge.

  • Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to obtain or consume alcoholic beverages.

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • RVs are brought onto Holcomb Valley Ranch at the owner's sole risk. AdventurFest and Holcomb Valley Ranch are not responsible for damage, loss, or recovery of any vehicle.

  • Event will be held rain or shine!
