We collect and use this information to process registrations and payments, administer events, communicate with attendees, provide customer service, maintain event safety, personalize and improve our services, send marketing communications with consent, analyze website activity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the safety of others.
We retain each category of personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including completing transactions, administering events, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal obligations, and protecting against fraud or security incidents. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.

Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, emergency contact information, vehicle information, vehicle make and model, vehicle modifications, trail selections, camping or lodging preferences, registration details, and information submitted through surveys, contests, promotions, forms, or customer service inquiries.

This may include participant information, vehicle information, emergency contact information, camping preferences, ticket selections, transaction information, and other information necessary to process and administer your registration.
Payment card information is processed by TicketSpice, Webconnex, or their payment-processing providers. AdventurFest does not directly store complete payment card numbers.
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of your visit, referring website, website interactions, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We may also receive information from third parties that provide services on our behalf, including TicketSpice, Webconnex, Mailchimp, website-hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, event partners, sponsors, or social media platforms, when permitted by law and consistent with your settings or interactions with those services.

By providing your mobile phone number to AdventurFest, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your registration, event reminders, event updates, schedule changes, safety notifications, customer service communications, and, where applicable, promotional messages about future AdventurFest events and offerings.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message received from AdventurFest. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing tickets, registering for an event, or participating in AdventurFest.
AdventurFest does not currently send regular SMS communications but may introduce SMS communications in the future. We will use mobile phone numbers only in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable law, and the consent provided at the time of collection.
